I think its always based on location and environment. Once the place I live in has very less development but after 10 years passed by you can see the development and now they have non stop building of apartment and offices. There are college around as well.
More cars on the road and yeah starting to have traffic jams from early morning and evening where everyone starting going for work and off work going home.

My hubby says that it's location, location, location in real estate. However, many times beauty and need are in the eyes of the beholder, and now school report cards are very important in choosing a home.
yeah I bet and I think that expensive location would have traffic jam as well as popularity gained. What do you think?
